My sons school requested that he buy these markers! I use them at work and I love that u can erase the marks so easily!

I had some old expo pens I was using and the smell that lingered five to ten minutes after writing anything seemed like a bad idea to be breathing constantly in my house.
I bought these to reduce my chemical exposure - my hope is that there is actually less noxious stuff in here and they haven't just replaced the odorous chemical with a non-odorous but equally harmful one.
I will say the odor is about 10x less than the original.
Also, I read some reviews that complain that these leave a bit of smudge behind. I was hoping this would not be true, but it is. The smudge is not too bad, but it is annoying since the original wipes off 100% cleanly. However, an extremely faint smudge is 100% worth the reduced odor to me.
I would like these more if they had no odor, and it would be nice if they didn't smudge. Otherwise, a great replacement for smelly dry erase pens.

So I saw these at Staples and because I'm an impulse buyer, I snagged them. We're a homeschooling family and dry erase markers are expensive, stinky and they dry out way too easily! Dry Erase Crayons were just too tempting to pass up.
When I got home, I starting wondering about the difference between the dry erase crayon and regular crayons. The Dry Erase Crayons are thicker and the colors are deeper. Regular crayons do come off your dry erase board just as easily, though. So if you are in a pinch and the student isn't too far from the dry erase board regular colors will do and are much cheaper.
We will purchase this product again. (I also like the mitt that came in the package)

I bought 2 packs: home and office. How much fun would it be to do office work in crayon?! Little problem. They are very hard to erase. Erasing leaves a waxy residue that makes regular dry erase markers hard to erase. Fortunately you can remove them with the normal white board spray.
Too much hassle.
Edit: Can also remove with wet cloth. You have to be extremely thorough to remove all the waxy residue, otherwise dry erase marker over the waxy stuff won't erase.

I usually only take the time to write reviews on greater-priced items or larger items, but these markers are so amazingly better performing than any other brand I've ever used that I had to leave some feedback on them. Honestly, it may seem lame, but when you use dry erase markers on a daily or even just a regular basis, it's nice to have some that work well, and these do the trick!

I spend quite a bit of time studying flashcards off of the computer using a mini-whiteboard. I had previously bought the BIC Great Erase Grip "Pocket" Dry Erase Marker, Fine Point, Assorted, 6 Dry Erase Markers (GDEP61-Ast) and used each pen until they dried to that level where they just aren't usable anymore... you know what I mean.
I was looking to find longer lasting markers (The BIC 6 pack lasted around 4 months before each color was completely spent), while retaining a fine tip. The Enduraglide seemed to fit the bill, so I made use of Prime, and got a set.
When they arrived, I was initially really into how rich the color was, and being able to see how much ink was left was nice. I used them the same way as I used the BICs (a few hours at a time, a few days a week, capping between long problems and switching colors, etc.), and in less than two weeks BOTH the blue and green are expired! The black one also leaked a bunch of the ink out at one point, which was pretty lame.
I really liked these markers at first, but they just ran out of steam waaaaaaay too fast.

A four by six foot Expo white board has been on the wall of my office for years. As easy as the white board is to use, I still miss the look of the old slate chalk boards. Of course, I do not miss the messiness of the chalk dust that used to get over everything. I had no idea that there were black dry erase boards. Now, I have one! I just received an Expo black board and neon marker combo. I love it.
The black board now sits on the wall above my desk. It attaches to the wall magnetically. I can write on it with the neon markers that came with the kit. They all show up well. It looks like the black boards that restaurants use for posting the specials-of-the-day. Post-it notes stick to it, as do magnets. These cute black boards can be obtained separately from the markers. They come in 8.5 x 11 inch and 10 x 10 inch sizes.
I tested the neon markers on the new black board as well as on my large white board. The neon markers show up well on black, but only the pink color can be read easily on the white board. The neon dayglow on black looks great. The neon markers can also be purchased separately.
Since I am a scientist after all, I also tested the white board markers on the black board. I tried blue, red, green and black. Although, they are great on the white board, they are not at all visible on the black board.
The one necessary item that did not come with the combo kit is an eraser Fortunately, I already had a standard Expo eraser. It erases the neon writing easily. A paper towel also works.
Altogether, I am very happy with my new black board, the old white board, the markers, and eraser. I cannot wait until they come out with larger black boards, so that I can satisfy my retro leanings with the new technology.

These markers have a very attractive design, with a see-through barrel and consistent write quality. However, they don't seem to erase as well as other brands...the dried ink, when erased, leaves a greasy, smeary residue. Writing left on for a while is even more difficult to erase...requires several scrubbing wipes with the eraser.
Shame, because I really like the clear barrel and chiseled writing tip.

Initially, I was impressed with the patented 3-chamber technology that would make the markers last longer and give the user a visual indication of when the ink has run out. Unfortunately, with about a week of use, the ink started leaking from the tip leaving puddles on my dry erase board and left stains on my fingers every time I attempt to write with it. And I'm not even a heavy user. The chamber which was full a week ago is nearly empty now. Also, I agree with another reviewer who said that it is difficult to erase the ink after it's dried. You need to put a good amount of elbow grease with the dry eraser. Perhaps I got a defective one, but I'm going to stick to the tried and true Expo markers from now on.

They're dry erase markers. What else can I say. I've found the actual expo markers seem to work best. These aren't the low oder ones and seem to erase better.

these dry erase markers work much better than others i have used. like others say, buy the originals, not low oder. would be nice if you could choose colors. im glad there was no yellow, that color is useless on a white board.

What makes a white board pen? Is it the glide across the smooth porcelain white? The manner by which it conforms to the natural movement of the hand upon a vertical surface? Perhaps a consideration to the aesthetics, and how it makes one appear in front of an audience?
I will not pretend that these pens are anything beyond what I would expect, but being a bit of a whiteboard pen connoisseur, I cannot help but comment on what these pens have added to my whiteboard pen experience, in going above the standard dribble of an expo marker.
The features on this pen are remarkable. One cannot help but notice the attention to functionality that is so clearly a core of Quartet's company dogma. The shape of the lid is but one fine example. It is elegant, tapered, and pleasing to rest one's eyes upon with a 2 tone texture, sacrificing only the useless and mundane ability of other markers to stack upon one another for raw beauty. Functionality is not lost! The dramatic sweep of the upper opening serves to prevent the pen from sneaking off on an unhampered roll when the cap is attached, averting great personal inconvenience to the user. When taken off and attached to the butt of the pen, a regal look is achieved, with a bishop-like flair about the pen's clear assertion of its superiority to others in the vicinity.
A loud, but ungaudy proclamation of the pen's patented, three chambered technology further emphasizes to those around you, that you emanate a seriousness in the symbols that are to be inscribed forth from this pen. In summary: I like these pens. Especially for the price.

I got these and the wrote the first stroke and live up to the "bold" statement. They erase easy once dry, but since there is a lot of ink put down, if you try to erase while wet, they are messy. Other than that, they flow evenly and for the price are a solid buy!
